This page outlines the rules on account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses, and gameplay that all players on the lanabet platform must follow.

These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between lanabet and every player who uses the platform. By accessing the platform, registering an account, or placing a bet, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms. General Terms
1.1 About the Platform
lanabet is an online platform providing football betting, Live Casino, Slots, and fish shooting games 24/7 for gaming enthusiasts in Myanmar. The platform uses SSL encryption and guarantees fair play.
1.2 Language & Governing Law
These terms and conditions are written in the Myanmar language, which is the sole authoritative original. In the event of a translation, the Myanmar language text shall govern.
1.3 Amendments
lanabet reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued play after such changes constitutes your acceptance of them.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Restriction
lanabet is only available to players aged 21 and above. Anyone under 21 who plays is in violation of applicable law and these terms. We will immediately close their account and no funds will be returned.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each player may only open one account. If duplicate accounts belonging to the same person are found, all associated accounts will be closed and any remaining balance will not be paid out.
2.3 Accurate Information
All information provided when registering an account must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts opened with false information may be closed, and any funds will only be dealt with after a review.
2.4 Account Security
Each player is responsible for keeping their login credentials (username / password) secure. All activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at [email protected].
Deposits
3.1 Deposit Methods
You can deposit at lanabet via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, or bank transfer. Deposited funds will appear in your account almost instantly.
3.2 Minimum Deposit
Regardless of the payment method used, the minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount cannot be accepted.
3.3 Currency and Fees
All deposits are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) only. lanabet does not charge any deposit fees, but lanabet is not responsible for any fees charged by the player's own payment service provider.
3.4 Incorrect Deposits
If there are any payment errors (such as duplicate payments or wrong transfers), lanabet must be notified immediately. Only errors caused by lanabet can be corrected. lanabet will not be responsible for errors made on the player's side.
Withdrawals
4.1 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests below this amount cannot be processed.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time
Once a withdrawal request has been verified, funds will be sent to the player's payment account within 5–30 minutes.
4.3 Verification Requirements
lanabet has the right to verify a player's identity and the source of funds when processing withdrawals. Please do not refuse to provide information requested during verification. If you refuse, the withdrawal may be put on hold.
4.4 Withdrawal via Same Deposit Method
Withdrawals are generally processed through the same payment method used for the deposit (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, or bank). However, this may differ depending on the player's request and circumstances.
Bonuses & Special Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players making their first deposit will receive a 100% first deposit bonus of up to 100,000 Ks. The bonus will match the deposit amount and is capped at 100,000 Ks.
Once the bonus is credited, you must wager the bonus amount × 10 before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example —
- Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Total balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering required: 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks
- Deposit 220,000 Ks → Bonus 100,000 Ks → Total balance 320,000 Ks → Wagering required: 100,000 Ks × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks
5.2 Bonus Restrictions
The bonus is available once per player only. Do not attempt to claim the bonus again using multiple accounts — this is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure. Only bets funded by the bonus (i.e. the initial stake taken from each wager) count toward the wagering requirement.
5.3 Individual Promotions
Each promotion that lanabet runs from time to time will have its own specific terms posted separately. Those terms will apply together with these general terms.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play
Every player must play in good faith and must not exploit software bugs, game errors, or any unfair methods. Any winnings obtained through such violations will be frozen and investigated.
6.2 Game Rules and Selection
All games on lanabet operate with technology that guarantees fair play. Players can choose their preferred games (Slots, Live Casino, football, fish shooting games) based on their skill and available balance.
6.3 Accepting the Risk of Loss
Players must understand and accept that every bet carries a risk of loss before playing. lanabet is not responsible for any outcomes experienced by players.
6.4 Sports Betting Operations
In sports betting, if matches are suspended, changed, or cancelled, the outcome will be handled according to the applicable rules (e.g. bonus selections) and will be decided at lanabet's discretion.
VIP Program
7.1 Three Tiers
lanabet's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. These are awarded based on each player's continuous play volume and duration.
7.2 Cashback Amounts
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.7%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
7.3 Claiming Cashback
Cashback will be credited as bonus funds and will have a wagering requirement before withdrawal. These requirements will be announced each time they are published.
Referral Program
8.1 Referral Bonus
If you refer a friend to lanabet and they make their first deposit, you will receive 5% of their first deposit amount as bonus funds. This bonus is capped at 30,000 Ks per friend.
8.2 Commission Earnings
In addition, the referrer can earn a weekly commission of 0.1% of their referred friends' total bet volume.
8.3 Terms
Bonuses and commissions from the referral program will only be paid at lanabet's discretion. Any bonuses obtained through fraudulent means (such as fake activity or self-created accounts) will be voided.
Account Closure and Restrictions
9.1 Voluntary Self-Exclusion by Player
If a player wishes to temporarily close their account (self-exclusion), they can contact [email protected]. We support responsible gambling and will assist players in restricting their own accounts.
9.2 Closure by lanabet
lanabet reserves the right to restrict or close an account without prior notice if any of the following occurs —
- Violation of these terms and conditions
- Suspicion of money laundering or fraud
- Deliberate exploitation of software during play
- Found to be under 21 years of age
9.3 Funds in Closed Accounts
If an account is closed due to a violation, remaining funds may not be returned depending on the outcome of the investigation. If closed voluntarily, remaining funds can be withdrawn through the standard withdrawal process.
